Villa Aura is a stunning six-bedroom villa in one of the best locations on the island. On the “front row” in the coveted enclave of Gouverneur there is nothing in front except breathtaking views across the beautiful tropical garden, stretching to the ocean with the islands of Saba, Saint Eustatius and Saint Kitts and Nevis in the distance.
Aura is extremely private and quiet but is a short drive to both Gustavia and Saint Jean. It’s at the end of the road in this quiet and exclusive neighbourhood. It’s a very short drive or walk up the hill from the wonderful, quintessentially Caribbean Gouverneur Beach. The sun and wind profile are the best on the island. It’s the perfect spot for sunset. It is, quite simply, the best location for your St Barth’s vacation.
Aura has a 21m heated infinity pool, Jacuzzi, and an extensive rooftop terrace with the perfect profile for sunset. The villa is luxurious but also comfortable and welcoming. It has the feel of a private club with spacious living areas, a marble kitchen, ensuite bedrooms with king beds, and a fitness room.
All living areas and the bedrooms are on one level. There is easy access and a spacious parking area, ideal for all age groups. There is an extensive sundeck on the first floor level with incredible views. There is a fully equipped fitness room on the lower level.
The living area offers an extremely comfortable, oversize “cloud” sofa. With the huge drop-down screen, it’s the perfect spot for movie nights. The room can be used with AC or opened on both sides for island breezes and an indoor outdoor feel.
The gourmet kitchen with the large marble island is perfect for family gatherings. At the heart of this home from home is the large outdoor wooden table. Carved from a single trunk of Iroko this very special centrepiece is a wonderful focal point for dinners and parties.
The kitchen is well stocked for professional chefs and there is an additional chef’s larder on the lower level.
There is a large gas BBQ and wood burning Big Green Egg BBQ.
The villa has an extremely wide frontage. Five of the six bedrooms have wonderful sea views and open onto the large terrace. The sixth bedroom is extremely private and has an additional outdoor shower and outdoor bath. All bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms and movie projectors. All bedrooms have European King size beds (180cm or 70inches wide).
The main terrace includes a heated lap pool, jacuzzi, and sunken living area, with plenty of spaces for lounging, sunbathing, and dining.
